Prices

The price ranges from 135 to 160 EUR. for every 24 hours. Minimum rental period 3 days.

For a one week tenancy at the time, the price ranges from 940 to 1006 EUR.

The price can be negotiated for longer tenancies.

The price includes the letter handing over the apartment in a spotless condition with clean bedcovers, towels and dish towels equal to the amount of persons stated in the reservation. The letter undertakes the cleaning of the apartment after departure, but there will be no additional cleaning in the duration of the tenancy. (Additional cleaning can however be separately arranged at an extra charge).

The tenancy must be paid for at time of booking and invoice is forwarded via mail.

We also send confirmation, codes for the gate and the entrance lock via mail.

The time of arrival can be agreed upon. Time of departure, at the latest at 12.00 AM.
